HEAD CHEF
Robert started his career in his native land of Innsbruck, Austria where he attended the culinary school of Tirol from 1969-1973. He then worked for the Hollan American Line cruise ship (SS Rotterdam) where he mastered his craft of culinary arts with effectiveness and precision. The next stop on his journey was in Vancouver, Canada where he worked at Mulvaney's New Orleans Restaurant as the sauté chef before he finally ended up in Chester/Delaware county, Pennsylvania where he opened The American Bistro (1985), The Rose Tree Inn (1989), and now, The New American Bistro (2011).

GENERAL MANAGER
Rob Jr started working in the restaurant business when he was just a child. Even before he could see over the stove he was helping his father prepare the vegetables and mashed potatoes. At the age of six-teen he decided he was going to take over the family business and started focusing on how he could entertain and please peoples palates. On any given night you can find him cooking besides his father, serving tables, or keeping track of the finances.
