The New American Bistro is a third generation restaurant dating back to the early 1980's. The head chef has been entertaining customers in Delaware County his entire life but recently moved to the Folsom area. We have previously owned The American Bistro, and The Rose Tree Inn. We are proud to say we have been serving Delaware County for over 30 years!

Professional Knife Sharpening Services 

  • Allow The New American Bistro to sharpen your kitchen knives for professional or personal use.

  • All knives used in the kitchen are included.

  • Your straight edge knives will cut through computer paper and your serrated knives will cut through warm bread. 

  • $8 per knife or $20 for five knives
